Gobi Manchurian is my all time favorite. I make it quite often and each time it turn out great. This time I experimented combining gobi and paneer manchuiran. I loved this combination, so thought of sharing this recipe in my blog. Try it and  Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Big Cauliflower
¼  cup paneer cubes
1 Big onion
1 small capsicum
6 green chilies
¼ tbsp garlic chopped finely
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup tomato ketchup
3 tbsp oil
1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
½ cup corn flour
½ tsp red chili powder
2 pinches of baking soda
salt as required

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop onions and chili finely.
  • Chop capsicum into cubes and chop cauliflower into small sized florets.





  • In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, baking soda.

  • Add chili powder.

  • Now add water and whisk to make a smooth batter without lumps.

  • Dip each floret in batter

  • Deep fry the dipped florets in hot oil till it turns to golden brown.

  • Drain them on a kitchen towel.

  • Same way dip paneer in the batter and deep fry.



  • Lastly deep fry chopped capsicum and drain them too on a kitchen towel

  • Heat a pan and add oil. Once heated add chopped garlic and onions and fry till it become soft.

  • Then add fried capsicum, soy sauce, ketchup and saute for few seconds.

  • Add deep fried florets and paneer. Add salt and mix well.

  • Taste it and add some more ketchup if needed and mix well.




  • Serve yummy Paneer gobi manchuiran hot. 


INGREDIENTS:
2 Medium size tomatoes
3 green chilli
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt as required

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop tomatoes into cubes.

  • In a small pan add olive oil and heat for few seconds. Then add tomatoes, chilies and fry for 4 mins. Let it cool.

  • Now add tomatoes, chilies, coriander and salt to mixer grinder or blender. Grind to a coarse mixture. 

  • Transfer to bowl and enjoy!


This make a great snack or dinner with your favourite salsa. Also these pockets with a sourcream dip is a great combination.

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium size yellow bell pepper
1 medium size green bell pepper
1 Onion
1 cup paneer cubes
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp pav baji masala
salt as required
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup Butter
4 corn tortillas
4 mozzarella slices
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tsp cream cheese

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop all veggies into lengthwise and keep aside.

  • Heat a pan, add butter and paneer cubes.

  • Saute till it turns golden brown. Keep it aside.

  • In same pan add olive oil and heat for few seconds. Add all veggies, mix well. Saute for 7 to 10 mins on medium flame.

  • Then add paneer cubes and saute again for couple of mins.

  • Add chilli powder, pav baji masala powder, salt and mix well till it gives a nice aroma and keep it aside.

  • Heat the same pan. Add little butter and place one tortilla. Fry one side until it turns lightly brown and get tortilla in to plate.

  • Spread cream cheese on fried side of tortilla. 

  • Fill veggie mixture on half of the tortilla.

  • Place one slice of mozzarella on top of veggies. Top with cheddar cheese. Fold the tortilla so that it forms a semi circle.

  • Place veggie filled tortilla on the pan and heat both the sides by adding some butter till it turns into lightly brown



  • Cut into halves and Enjoy yummy and spicy paneer tortilla pockets with delicious salsa.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Basmati rice
1/4 cup french beans
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup potato
1/4 cup fresh peas
7 bay leaves
4 cloves
4 star anise (star flower spice)
2 inch cinnamon
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala / Biryani masala
7 green chilies chopped lengthwise
1 big onion
3 tbsp oil
a pinch of mustard seeds and jeera

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop onions, french beans, carrot, potato lengthwise and Soak the rice in 3 cups of water and keep aside.
  • Heat a pressure cooker with oil for 2-3 mins then add mustard seeds,jeera and ginger garlic paste. Saute for few seconds and add spices and green chilies, saute for few more seconds till it becomes aromatic.
  • Now add onions and saute for couple of minutes till onion become tender, make sure onions are not over cooked.
  • Now add all the chopped veggies and peas. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame

  • Add soaked rice along with water. 

  • Add garam masala (you can also use biryani masala) and salt as required.

  •  Mix well and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

  • Hot and yummy veg biryani is ready to serve with raitha.

 Each one of the halwa is delicious on its own but this one is an interesting and tasty one. Must try.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Apple
2 tbsp Ghee
10 cashew
10 Raisins
5 Almond/Badam
1/3 cup of sugar
PROCEDURE:
  • Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of ghee and add cashews,raisins,almonds. Saute till cashew turn golden brown and raisins puff up. Remove cashews,raisins from the pan and keep aside.


  • Peel, deseed and grate the apple. Note: peel the apple after roasting the nuts to avoid the decolorization of apple.
  • Heat the same pan with the remaining ghee, add grated apple. Saute till apple get dry.

  • Add sugar and saute till the sugar melts and sticky.
  • Add remaining 1 tbsp of ghee, saute and add cashews, raisins and almonds. Mix well and serve delicious apple halwa warm.



INGREDIENTS:
2 burger buns ( Pav also can be used)
1 Big sized onion - sliced into rounds
1 small cucumber - sliced into rounds
5 Cherry tomatoes
½ Cup Bell peppers - sliced lengthwise
¼ Sev
salt as required
Butter as required - for toasting buns

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop the veggies and keep it aside.
  • Slice burger buns into equal halves and apply butter both the sides
  • Heat the skillet and toast both sides of bun till golden brown.
  • And spread corinader chutney and then sweet chutney on bottom half.

  • Place onions,cucumber,bell pepper and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle chili powder and chat masala on the veggies.

  • Finally top up with sev and place the other half bun


  • Serve immediately. It tastes Yummy!!
