INGREDIENTS:
2 Medium size tomatoes
3 green chilli
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt as required- Chop tomatoes into cubes.
- In a small pan add olive oil and heat for few seconds. Then add tomatoes, chilies and fry for 4 mins. Let it cool.
- Now add tomatoes, chilies, coriander and salt to mixer grinder or blender. Grind to a coarse mixture.
- Transfer to bowl and enjoy!
