EDIENTS:
Lemon sized
tamarind
1/2 cup Jaggery
PROCEDURE:
Soak tamarind and jaggery in 1/4 cup of water for one hour.
Then squeeze tamarind and jaggery using your hands.
Filter the mixture and
your sweet chutney is ready!! You can use this for most of the indian chats.
