Hello Everyone,
I am Naga Utpala Katta from South India. I came from a vegetarian family and my mother is a great cook. Since my childhood I was very keen about variety of tastes, Mom was cooking loads of varieties very deliciously. I have been in three states of South India So I got to know tastes of different states. Initially I started my cooking in my college days and was limited to few number of recipes. I got married and moved to Singapore in 2013 and slowly started experimenting all sort of dishes and cuisines because this is the place where you feel a little difficult to grab the food as vegetarian. Though I work in Software Industry I am very passionate about cooking and creating a unique flavor of mine.
So I would like share all my recipes via this blog, you can give it a try and make these dishes unique.
