Cilantro/Coriander chutney is yummiest in chats. It can be used in any chat such as harabhara kabab/samosa/dhahi bread toast etc. |
1 cup coriander
3 green chilies
3 tbsp curd
salt as required
3 green chilies
3 tbsp curd
salt as required
- Wash and drain coriander leaves, green chilies.
- Add coriander, green chilies, 1 tbsp curd and salt to mixer. Grind it smooth.
- Taste it. Add salt if required. Then add remaining curd and grind it.
- Serve Coriander chutney with hara bhara kabab or cutlet or samosa or any other chat.
