INGREDIENTS:
2 burger buns ( Pav also can be used)
1 Big sized onion - sliced into rounds
1 small cucumber - sliced into rounds
5 Cherry tomatoes
½ Cup Bell peppers - sliced lengthwise
¼ Sev
salt as required
Butter as required - for toasting buns

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop the veggies and keep it aside.
  • Slice burger buns into equal halves and apply butter both the sides
  • Heat the skillet and toast both sides of bun till golden brown.
  • And spread corinader chutney and then sweet chutney on bottom half.

  • Place onions,cucumber,bell pepper and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle chili powder and chat masala on the veggies.

  • Finally top up with sev and place the other half bun


  • Serve immediately. It tastes Yummy!!

Potato Bites
INGREDIENTS:
3 Potatoes
Mozzarella slices - cut into small sqaures
Shredded cheddar
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cup spring onions
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
2 tbsp olive oil
salt as required


PROCEDURE:
  • Using a sharp knife make several cuts through each potato, avoid cutting all the way down.
  • Place potatoes on the foil covered baking tray. Brush potatoes with olive oil.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 mins until potatoes are tender.
  • Place cheese squares in between a few of the cuts of each potato.

  •  Sprinkle the shredded cheddar.

  •  Sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala and salt on top of it.

  •  Return to oven and bake for 5 -10 mins till cheese melts

  •  Place all the potatoes on the serving plate and garnish with whipped cream cheese and spring onions


  • Serve Hot!!

INGREDIENTS:
Lemon sized tamarind
1/2 cup Jaggery

PROCEDURE:
  • Soak tamarind and jaggery in 1/4 cup of water for one hour.


  • Then squeeze tamarind and jaggery using your hands. 

  • Filter the mixture and your sweet chutney is ready!! You can use this for most of the indian chats.

Tasty Cheesy Baguette........Yummy!!
INGREDIENTS:
Baguette (French loaf)
1 medium sized red onion
Mozzarella cheese ( slices or shredded) I used slices.
2 green chili
2 tbsp olive oil
salt as required

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop onions into small cubes and chili into rounds (as shown in pic).
  • Cut baguette loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • Brush olive oil evenly both sides of baguette.
  • Cover the foil on the baking tray and place the baguette slices.
  • First top with mozzarella slices next onion and chili on each baguette slice. Sprinkle salt. Bake it for 10 mins in grill mode.
  • Serve Immediately with tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Coriander
1/4 tsp pepper seeds
1/4 tsp Jeera
4 Green chili
Salt as required

PROCEDURE:
  • Wash and clean fresh coriander leaves and green chilies.


  • Add all ingredients to mixer. Grind without adding water.

  • Then add very little amount of water and grind into fine paste.
  • Later as per your requirement you can add water accordingly.

You can use this chutney in Burger chat, Bombay Sandwich toast, Dahi toast, samosa, etc.
Toothsome Panini!!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Panini bread
1  cup Bell pepper ( red,yellow, green)
½ cup onion
½ cup tomatoes
1/4 cup Coriander chutney
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder (spices powder)
Mozzarella Cheese slices (Shredded cheese can also be used)
1 Tbsp Olive oil

PROCEDURE:
  • Chop bell pepper, onion and tomatoes into lengthwise.
  • Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Once oil is heated add mustard seeds. When it crackles add chopped bell pepper, onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and saute again for 10 to 15 minutes in a low flame. ( Veggies shouldn't cook completely). Add chili powder and Garam masala powder and keep it aside.
  • Split panini bread into lengthwise and spread coriander chutney evenly on one side
  • Now place the fried veggies and finally top the mozzarella slices.
  • Place panini bread in the baking tray.

  •  Bake it for 15-20 minutes till bread turns to brown.





Note : You can also add pav bhaji powder instead of chili powder and garam masala.
