2 Tortilla/Wrap (all purpose/wheat flour)
½ Cup Pasta sauce ( I used the readymade tomato + basil sauce)
1 small Onion
5 Cherry tomatoes
½ Cup Bell peppers (Red/Green/Yellow)
½ Cup Parmesan cheese shredded
½ Cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
¼ Cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 Tbs Olive oil
- Chop onions and bell peppers into cubes (as shown in pic). Chop cherry tomatoes into halves and keep it aside
- Brush olive oil evenly on the wrap base.
- Turn the wrap to the other side and spread the pasta sauce evenly on the wrap
- Spread all three cheese and top with veggies
- Bake the wrapizza for 15-20 mins
- Serve Wrapizza hot with chilli flakes and Tomato Ketchup.
