Veggies Topped Salt Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

10 salted biscuits
¼ cup  chopped bell peppers (recommended all colors of bell peppers)
¼ chopped tomatoes
¼ chopped cucumber
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp chat masala
Sour cream cheese
salt as needed

PROCEDURE

  • Mix all the veggies in a bowl and keep aside
  • Place salt biscuits on the plate
  • Apply cream cheese for each biscuits evenly
  • Place veggies mixture on each biscuit till it’s fully covered
  • Sprinkle chilly powder, salt, chat masala evenly on each of them
  • Serve immediately
