1 Big Cauliflower
¼ cup paneer cubes
1 Big onion
1 small capsicum
6 green chilies
¼ tbsp garlic chopped finely
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup tomato ketchup
3 tbsp oil
1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
½ cup corn flour½ tsp red chili powder
2 pinches of baking soda
salt as required
- Chop onions and chili finely.
- Chop capsicum into cubes and chop cauliflower into small sized florets.
- In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, baking soda.
- Add chili powder.
- Now add water and whisk to make a smooth batter without lumps.
- Dip each floret in batter
- Deep fry the dipped florets in hot oil till it turns to golden brown.
- Drain them on a kitchen towel.
- Same way dip paneer in the batter and deep fry.
- Lastly deep fry chopped capsicum and drain them too on a kitchen towel
- Heat a pan and add oil. Once heated add chopped garlic and onions and fry till it become soft.
- Then add fried capsicum, soy sauce, ketchup and saute for few seconds.
- Add deep fried florets and paneer. Add salt and mix well.
- Taste it and add some more ketchup if needed and mix well.
- Serve yummy Paneer gobi manchuiran hot.
